Product Description
Overcurrent Protection: When the output current exceeds 350A (continuous) or 450A (momentary), the controller automatically cuts off power output to prevent motor overload and burnout or circuit overheating.
Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage exceeds 29V (overvoltage) or falls below 18V (undervoltage), a protection mode is triggered to prevent battery overcharge damage or device shutdown due to low battery.
Overheat Protection: A built-in temperature sensor automatically reduces output power and sends an alarm signal when the internal temperature of the controller exceeds 85°C until the temperature returns to a safe range, allowing for optimal operation in high-temperature environments.
Short-Circuit Protection: If a motor or circuit short circuit occurs, the main circuit is disconnected within 0.1 seconds to protect the controller and core components.
