When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the brake is quickly released and the connected drive shaft can rotate freely, ensuring the normal operation of the forklift; once the power is cut off, the brake is instantly triggered under the action of the spring force, and the brake pads quickly clamp the friction surface, generating a strong braking torque, which immediately stops the drive shaft from rotating.

Compared with traditional braking systems, it can intervene in braking earlier in emergency situations, significantly shortening the forklift's braking distance and improving operational safety.

The brake discs and pads are manufactured from high-quality, wear-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant materials, offering excellent resistance to wear and thermal fade.
