Product Description
When working, forklift batteries (mostly lead-acid batteries or lithium batteries) release electrical energy through discharge to drive the forklift's motor, hydraulic system and other components. When the power is exhausted or below the threshold, the charger needs to replenish energy.
The core function of the charger is to convert the AC power of the power grid (such as 220V or 380V) into the DC power required by the battery, and adjust the voltage and current according to the battery type, capacity and other parameters to achieve safe and efficient charging.

For example, lithium battery chargers need to match the communication protocol of their protection board (BMS) to prevent overcharging and short circuits; lead-acid battery chargers need to avoid electrolyte evaporation caused by long-term floating charging.
